Negatives: I liked everything

Negatives: They didn't have much of variety of breakfast

Negatives: Room wasn't ready for a sofabed when it was booked asked for 4 person (2 kids + 2 adults). No pillows, blanket for the sofabed and the room was dirty. Breakfast included, but no water was provided. had to buy it. Really bad.

Negatives: In the middle of the night, random knocks on the door. The hotel has very strange people who did not seam safe. The staff of the office are not helpful at all.

Negatives: This hotel was no where near what they advertised it had roaches in the bathroom i was in a non smoking room bot my sheets had cigarette burns the breaakfast was absolutely nasty they had no meat and it was just down right the worst experience i've ever h

Negatives: If I didn't ask I wouldnt have known they have breakfast and what time.

Negatives: The pool was so dirty, the rooms had molde, the rooms smelled bad.

Negatives: The property is rundown. The activity at the property seems like there are underground activities going on - half dressed women, people in running cars for hours, people walking out of bushes, and from behind trucks. We were given dirty towels and got attitude when asking for them even though they knew at 12:45pm, when we came to pay and get keys and go back out that there were no towels. Why are we asking for them at 4 pm? The employees having a loud discussion at breakfast was unpleasant. The attendant at breakfast walked up on a lady getting cereal for her kids so rudely. She had several cups true, but the way he asked her if she had that many kids? No, sir! It is better to post signs and advise people, but attacking a person like he did was so uncomfortable. There was no meat for breakfast. The elevator got stuck once, and it is the only one. It was a very dirty elevator and smelled. The remote to the TV was not programmed to use it. The light in the bathroom turned into a darn strobe light just flickering on and off. The carpet was grimy and dirty. There was a fingernail on the sheets. There is no clock in the room. The ironing board cover and curtains were extremely dirty. The desk had cigarette burns in it. It wasn't what I expected at all. Super thin walls, you can hear everything. Kids running up and down the hall at night and screaming. They have cameras, so I'm not sure why they didn't address that with the parents. The front desk staff was OK, and the location was near a major through street, so you could head to where you were going quickly. There was a good mix of restaurants nearby. There is no security, but there are lots of expensive cars out in the lot, and that's why it seems like this is a known spot for underground services cause the property is not upscale. This is an economy location. It was a disappointing stay, but at the price range, I can't ask for Hyatt quality.

Negatives: The bed is not comfortable at all. The pullout couch was broken. On our first night, I woke up at 3:00 am and found bed bugs. We left immediately and got into another hotel.
