Positives: the lady at my check in and out was awesome! very polite! and friendly

Negatives: woke up with roaches on the floor and walls! needs to be exterminated! room had been cleaned with dirty/sour water and smelled horrible. I had to go purchase fabreeze to help get rid of the smell. A lot of what appeared to be permanent residence loitering at all hours making it difficult to get good sleep.
