The bed and rooms are nice
Negatives:
Couldn’t get the phone to work and when I did I couldn’t call front desk cause I couldn’t hear them talking to me. Next when I got there the elevator wouldn’t work and take me to the 4th floor so I had to get off on the 3rd floor and either walk the stairs or wait for other elevator to take me to 4th floor. Also when I get to the room the sofa bed had no sheets and front desk didn’t have any either. There was no towels for me and my family when we went swimming. Went to front desk and they had no towels. Came down for breakfast at 6:30 and nothing was ready and I mean nothing we all were waiting. The food could be a lot better and we had to wait for milk for the cereal.

waffles were decent but had to wait on them if there was batter left.

Breakfast was absolutely horrible, hardly anything there, sausage dried up , eggs tasted like powered eggs, waffles were decent but had to wait on them if there was batter left. Couldn't get rooms together after asking and was told no problem, daughter's room had roach spats on them on the walls, our room shower was coming out of the wall, bed was horrible, toilet was like sitting on the floor, asked for handicap room, or course didn't have any, ask for a wake up call 3 am, it called at 4, was on the way out the door by then, parking was not lit as well as they said. Dog started barking at 5:30 and didn't stop, 2 days straight could not sleep, If you can go elsewhere, the worst hotel I have stayed in yet.

Positives:
The breakfast was fresh, as things ran out the cook kept things filled. We picked the hotel because it had good ratings, but learned quickly we were not going to have a great experience.
Negatives:
The young man who was working evening shift 5/18/24 was the absolute worst 1st impression. We were so excited because Google had high ratings- but this guy ruined it. He was angry he got forced to work this Saturday night (he said he usually had off) and was not happy about it. He was not polite or kind. We asked for pool towels. He said that's not his job, house keeping should have put in our room, and we had to use our bath towels. Anything we asked was a massive inconvenience for him to answer.
