Between Thursday, Apr 18th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Location was convenient and there's an indoor pool. Roof over our heads and parking was available.

Negatives: There's no elevator. One of the workers kept propping open the side door by the stairs so he could go out and smoke without needing his key card to get back in. The floors in the room had mud chunks, like kicked off a boot, on it. Clearly had not been swept. The bed frame had hair and dirt all over it. The bathroom was very tiny and very outdated. The plugs were old and outdated. The hotel has a VERY STRONG cologne or perfume smell. Do Not recommend for those with sensitivities to smells. The bed was uncomfortable.
