No microwave in room is one thing, but only one in lobby. Have to have a couple for general use if none in room.

The hotel is in a great location with plenty of food and stores around. The room was nice and clean. The welcome message on the TV was a special touch.

breakfast was good much like a breakfast that comes with a breakfast included meal (and probably a bit better than most). Service provider was replenishing fresh food and kept the area clean well done!! Would add sausage gravy and biscuits for us southerners!!

Breakfast was great. Even had a great opportunity to visit with another traveler.
Negatives:
I requested a walk-in shower and not a tub shower due to my disability. Upon check-in I discovered it had not been honored. Check-in clerk tried to correct. Our room was changed from a king to 2 queens in order to get a walk-in. Once in our room, we discovered we still did not have a walk-in. By then I was too tired to go back downstairs to request a room change. I struggled to bathe. It was disappointing.
