I was charged a deposit. Which I assumed were for my Service Animals. There were no toiletries, no face wipes. And I tried to book the following night out of convince, only to be refused accommodations because I used a wash cloth to wash off my makeup and it didn't come Clean and they had already given back my 50.00 deposit.
A. Provide face wipes or black towels for makeup.
B. Makes me question their cleaning methods.

It was close to where I needed to go.
The bed was ok & the AC worked well.
Negatives:
Very run down. Lying in bed, staring at the ceiling, I realized the base to my smoke detector was indeed screwed to the ceiling, but there was no smoke detector attached to it.
No drain stopper in the sink, no tissues, the tub wouldn’t hold water. Nothing terrible, but definitely run down.

My room. Had dirty wash cloth already hanging In Bathroom when I opened the room. trash on floor.
When calling for question by dialing 0. As the phone says no one answered. So 20 minutes later I went to the window and rang door bell And no one came out. So I waited till I was leaving at 6:15 am and both man and woman answered.
