Everything was out of order. The pool/hot tub, all side entrances didn't work, ice machine was out of order, and the AC in our room barley worked. The sink was clogged and my husband had to unclog it. It hadn't been cleaned in MONTHS. there was trash behind the nightstands next to our bed. The bed was hard as a rock. And there were multiple stains all over the carpet.

It had a good shower
Negatives:
The mattresses were so uncomfortable. They were sinking into the middle and you could feel the coils. Also, there were only two bath towels in a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The conditioner and body wash bottles in the shower were empty.
