Positives:
Not a single thing was ok about this not maintained property. It was extremely run down. The only positive in the whole experience was the lady at the desk who found a way to switch rooms out of the heavily smoked in non smoking room. But the one we were moved to reeked of some weird smell we could not identify, and it did not go away the whole visit. Just terrible.
Negatives:
No smoking room smelled like it had been saturated in cigarette smoke for WEEKS. They swapped us to a room where the refrigerator had not been cleaned in a very long time and the furniture and counters were all damaged. There was also no hot water in the shower no matter how long e waited on it to heat up. The whole place looked like the owner’s goal was to NEVER put a single dollar into maintaining the property. It’s a franchise hotel owned by some private LLC. Extended Stay cannot have inspected the place in years. They need to pull the license and their name from this property as fast as they possibly can. It is HORRIBLE.

We arrived late (12:15a) due to inclement weather, we were on the road for 14hrs. Upon arrival, check-in was smooth, although Tiffany at reception was having a conversation on the phone with a friend the entire time. My family went to the room while I parked, but the room we booked had not been cleaned at all! No clean linen, beds still unmade, dirty/wet towels on the floor, trash on the counters. When brought to the staff’s attention, we were told there were no rooms available and that I could speak with the AG in the morning. Obviously after a long day on the road, I simply wanted to sleep. After some negotiation, Tiffany begrudgingly agreed to clean the room while we waited. We sat in the lobby for 45 mins while she attempted to make the room right. When we got to the room, linens were “crunchy “ and looked dirty still. 1 towel (no washcloths or soaps) for 4 guests. Tiffany did her best, but could have done better. In the morning, DeDe the AG apologized and said that a staff member stayed in that room but did not clean up after. She then gave us a $12 refund but indicated we would need to go through booking.com in order to get it. Staff was polite, but no one actually took accountability for this issue and just pushed it off on to someone else. I would not recommend this location to fellows travelers.

There was no hot water for a shower when we got there ( there was some the next morning for washing our hair), the coffee maker we finally got for the room had no filters so was not usable, the tv remote didn't work with the tv and we couldn't get off of the hotel guide, the parking lot had small and not well lit parking spots. There were no utensils in the kitchen. The attendant argued with us when we arrived when she asked for payment and was told payment had been made when the room was booked. She finally gave us our key cards after showing her proof from my Paypal account.

Was told hot water wasn’t working and should fixed soon said that front desk, next morning got up and wanted to shower but hot water still wasn’t working. Bath shower area had mold, kitchen said had rust. Paid 67 $ for the night, I guess it was you get what you pay for.
