The front desk was notified of someone sleeping in the stairwell by my room and the worker said that she was not going to say anything to him since it was so cold and he was not bothering anyone.

The stuff was nice and polite.
But the room wasn't clean at all. I stayed there for 4 nights and no one came to clean the room or change sheets and towels.
The cards keys to the room literally didn't work each time I came back and tried to get in.
And to go back to the car and drive the lobby several times.
During the nights its very very noisy.
It's not expensive compared to others hotel in the area but it's not something that I'll recommend others, sorry.
