Negatives:
Room was dirty. There was poop on the toilet seat and the bathroom vent was very dirty. The air conditioning/heater made rattling noise while it was running. Overall poor cleanliness.

The rooms were dirty. The toilet was clogged and we couldnt use it. The front staff had to get their manager to bring over a plunger from another hotel. We, of course, were in charge of plunging.

The front desk person was AMAZING!! She helped multiple customers at a time and was doing EVERYTHING to keep customers happy. I checked in but didnt use the room. But she was phenomenal.

Bad location, hard to find. The whole place was sketchy looking and dirty. I was sent to a room in back, did not feel safe, the room was dirty and had been heavily smoked in. I told front desk. She moved me to upstairs room (no elevator) which was just as bad.
I left and booked somewhere else.

Horrible.
Positives:
We showed up later in the evening, ate something, and then went to bed and had a good night's sleep. It was very easy to find, check in, access our room and maintain comfort. I don't remember if breakfast was an option or not; it typically isn't something I can eat when we do get it anyway.
Negatives:
Because it was so close to the freeway, traffic was a bit loud due to the number of trucks going by. It did disturb my sleep too much because I have always lived on a busy highway and am used to at least some traffic going by. Otherwise, it was a pretty good hotel.

If y was horrible we frozes all night the heat did not work and when we ask them about it they came a looked at it and said it will get hot in here when you get more people in here and it was just my husband and I stay in the room and we had the heat set at 85 and it was like 50 in the room all night we slept in our clothes all night because it was so cool in there and they not even tried to move us to an other room

Room was ok considering the price. Last time we got stuck in a smoking room which I hated.

Guy at front desk was unprofessional. When we arrived he was out in the lot sitting in a car with his girlfriend. He didn't give us the wifi password and when I tried calling the front desk to get it, he never picked up the phone
