Motel is undergoing renovations still so there are some obvious visual things but I was okay with the rooms.

The bed was hard but comfortable. Room was mostly clean.
Negatives:
There was a brown stain from rust in tub, also blanket on bed had brown spots in it * assuming rust stains from water* room had a smell to it like it had been a smokers room or had smell of mold in it. Ac was set on 67 and never got really cold.. someone left waters in the fridge and that wasn't cleaned out.

Nice price and cold A/C.
Negatives:
Breakfast was a joke [some cold cereal and some store muffins]. The bed was not the most comfortable. The bathroom was really tight w/ a screw head sticking up a bit from the floor joint between bathroom tile and main room flooring. The window [looking onto walk-way] only had a black out type blind; wo either everyone could look into the room or you got no natural light. room did not have much furniture, there was a place for a small table, but, instead, there was just an open space in the room.

It definitely could have been worse, but do not count on a breakfast.
