The bed was big!

We arrived at around 1 am and it took us like 20 minutes to find someone to check us in. We rang the bell at the desk many times and called 3 times before receiving an answer. The toilet in the room did not flush because there was no water in the tank. There was also a horrid smell coming from the bathroom when we arrived.

The rooms were not clean enough, showers tubs just had a hole for water to drain and was clogged with hairs and the water would just sit there the shower rod was broken the sinks were not clean appropriate and this was in the 2 rooms we had also the bathroom wall to one bathroom was destroyed by water and both rooms had the front door broken and the bathroom door to one was with a huge hole like if someone wanted to break in with force. The breakfast was supposed to be included and they only had sunny D, coffee, honey buns, brownies, cereal, and milk that was the breakfast included, what such a disappointment for the entire stay. The $580 some dollars was just for having a bed to sleep and clean towels.

The room had a hot tub which took up a lot of space. The bathroom had very limited space.
There was a leak in the bathroom, water came up when walking on the floor. There was only one chair to sit in, almost no space to unpack our bag.

Very trashy outside. Bathtub had been repaired but not finished. Door to bathroom chewed up on bottom bottom. No breakfast! Didn't open front for coffee until 7 or after.umbrellas broken and left out by pool. No one coming by to give clean towels.poor
