Positives:
Hotel is conveniently located and was clean and hospitable throughout. The room was large and the bed soft and warm.
Negatives:
When we checked in, we were greeted by a pleasant young man, wearing an old T-shirt and jeans. No uniform, no logo shirt, nothing to identify that he was an employee there. Also, the towels in our room, which were plentiful, were incredibly scratchy.

Room was very nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable.
Negatives:
Night staff was not at the front desk and had to wait for over 10 minutes. I had to call the hotel to let them know I was at the front desk waiting to get checked in. Then our hotel keys did not work. Morning staff was very unprofessional as she was talking to another coworker on speaker phone loudly and having a breakdown. At the same time there was loud inappropriate music playing from the front desk while children were present.
