Negatives:
This place is infested with roaches. I was in one room on the 4th floor and woke up to a roach in my bathroom. Told the front desk and they moved me to the second floor. Yet again I woke up to roaches this time in the bathroom. I complained to the booking agent for a refund and they would not refund me my money. Do not stay here. Oh and they have the nerve to serve breakfast!?!? Do not do it.

The shuttle to my concert, the restaurant literally steps away, the super comfy beds & decent breakfast
Negatives:
The one broken elevator & other elevator was SLOW.
They charged my card for both rooms before check in time when we werecsupposed to pay on arrival (my friends were paying for thier own room)
