This hotel is a building site. It should not even be listed on Booking at the moment. The only other guests are building contractors who appear to be working behind curtains 24/7

The room wasn’t very clean. The light bulbs were out in the bathroom. Overall room was very dark. The beds were very hard and sheets weee very stiff. Not comfortable at all. Dumpster sitting right outside of my window- what a view!

I paid for bed and breakfast however I was told I had to pay for breakfast even after the attendant checked with the front desk. After I finished breakfast I went to the front desk to confirm my booking details and that’s when she admitted that I had actually paid for bed and breakfast. So breakfast lady void my payment then.

I did not like being charged for breakfast twice or even mistrust overlooking information. I felt judged but gave them benefit of doubt.

The room was dirty! Ice holder had trash in there and a towel had lipstick stains. The cold water handle to the sink was also broken. The ice machine to our floor wasn't working, so we had to go back downstairs a couple of times.
