Positives: Hotel employee at the front desk is the only thing good this hotel has to offer. The hotel is the worst hotel I had ever been too.
Negatives: When I made it to the hotel, they sold my room so I had to settle for a double bed. The first room 520 was dirty and the TV didn't work. Next room the toilet didn't work and no towels. Hotel employee canceled our reservation and gave our money back my car

Positives: The location to where we were going.
Negatives: It was no where as nice as the other La Quinta we stay at on 5/4/2021. That was the whole reason we chose this one . The beds were smaller, the coffee pot was in the bathroom and the room was not very clean. So disappointed after the other one was so nice

Positives: The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. We got fresh towels when we asked for them.
Negatives: Due to ice/snow event hotel lost power for 36hrs and water for 24hrs. The hallway smelled funny. Hard to take 2 dogs out going down 3 flights of stairs.

Negatives: During the winter storm the power had gone off. This hotel doesn't have a generator. The manager never came to the hotel. The guest were not offered any accommodation. We froze and starved for two days.

Positives: Location location location. Right in the middle of everything. Restaraunts all kinds,shopping all kinds and interstate. Hotel is very clean and idir free.
Negatives: No Kleenex in the bathroom holder. The window air conditioner stopped working on auto around midnight. I didnt turn it in because I didnot feel like moving to another room and with covid out there,I didnot want anyone coming in to try to fix.
