The staff was friendly and apologetic.
Negatives:
My room smelled of animal urine, there was no headboard, cigarette burns on the sheets and pillows, stained toilet seat, air conditioning wasn’t working at all, towels hung up had pubic hairs in the towel, and the fridge smelled sour. It was all BAD!

nothing. the hallways and room smelled terrible. I didnt sleep there both nights because the room smelled like pee. The pee smell came from the bed, it was still moist like someone had peed on it recently. there was also poop stain on the sheets.

The bathroom door was broken, it smelled weird, the toilet clogged and got all over the carpet. When I told the guy at the desk he handed me a plunger and towels. They never came to get the dirty towels and I stayed for 2 nights. The water wasn’t hot. Water pressure sucked

The first room I got smelled of wet carpet, the carpet was wet, the sheets were stained. The replacement room, was ok, the bathroom door didn't close. The neighbors dogs were barking excessively.

Our room had a horrible smell to it. Blood stains on the comforter. Dust and dirt throughout the room. Bathroom smelled like cigarettes. Breakfast was a waffle maker and apples, no real breakfast at all.

The location overall was great. The only disappointment was as soon as you walked in the hotel it smelled like weed. The room overall was pretty nice and clean. Breakfast was pretty good as well and management was good as well.
