Good news! Before Monday, Apr 29th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Monday, Apr 29th, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Apr 30th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between Apr 29 and Apr 30, you will still be charged for the full amount. After Tuesday, Apr 30th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 30, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Risk-free booking! Cancel before 2024-04-29 and you'll pay nothing! Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur a charge of 20% of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).
