Only thing i liked is that i chose the right room. The other room i booked had no micro or fridge or blow dryer broken wall mirror and the room had previously been broken into

Everything random boogers and nasty sticky stuff in the restroom on my dresser the person was so rude to me threatening to give my room away because i went to get my physical card inside of my car. People where just standing outside the room walking around very suspiciously. Just a terrible stay over all it felt truly unsafe

I had the worst hotel experience of my life at this property.
• The room was extremely dirty: the table, sink, and nightstand were filthy, and the linens were not clean, with an unpleasant odor.
• No towels were provided, and the unit had cockroaches crawling on the walls.
• The entire room reeked of cigarette smoke.
• Basic amenities were missing or broken: no microwave, a broken TV, and a chair that smelled of urine.
• Lighting was inadequate—there was no working light in the unit, and the only way to illuminate the room was by opening the toilet door and turning on its light.
The front desk staff only handed me a key at check-in. When I called for help, no one responded. There was no manager available, and no assistance was offered for any of these issues.
This was a complete waste of money, and I honestly don’t understand how this hotel is still allowed to operate in Austin. I strongly advise others not to stay here, and I hope city authorities conduct a follow-up inspection.
