It was only a one day stay so can't say to much but we were very satisfied

There were roaches! and front desk just hands out keys without any ID i had a unwelcome guest come while we were out and get a key to my room

The room that I was placed in has not been maintained. The tiles in the shower are falling apart. The sink did not drain. There’s rust everywhere. It feels like a dungeon the knife stands and furniture. It’s fallen apart. It’s got a musty smell.

Front desk checked us in very quickly but we’re not very friendly and talked very quite was hard to hear.Our door to our room didn’t seem to latch securely. It locked but seemed unsecure we placed a chair in front of it . When we woke the next morning the floor in side of bed nearest AC was soaking wet from AC. Told the front desk when we left but the didn’t seem very concerned. Breakfast was OK , dining room very crowded we went back to our room to eat

Breakfast was good. I loved the Texas waffles. Just a little complaint. My children wanted orange juice but only water mixed with a little bit of orange juice came out so I'm not sure if the juice was low? My children ended up getting apple juice but it was very very sweet and my son's chest ended up hurting after he drank it probably due to the fact that it was really sweet.

We we were on the 3rd floor and the hallway was very hot. We passed by the thermostat and noticed it read 90 degrees? maybe they keep it like that because we're supposed to be mainly in our room but I feel like the 3rd floor hallway should be kept nice and cool like the 2nd and 1st floor. Another thing that the mini fridge did not close well probably because the freezer part has too much ice built up and that's what keeps it from not closing well. Also the shower door does not close well either from the bottom and water splashes everywhere onto the floor. The sofa bed is not very comfortable to sleep in either.
