Negatives: Location is sketchy, staff not present at night (kiosk with a remote worker). Elevator to bottom floor didn't work and stairwell had a door that was completely.shattered with caution tape. Did not feel safe. Cobwebs in bathroom and dated room. Poor value for the cost

Positives: We always stay here when we come to Austin. Friendly staff and good breakfast buffet. Clean hotel and rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Negatives: Lots of construction around the hotel now. Was not like that before. But the hotel is great for the price and location.

Negatives: Elevator was out and they put us on the 5th floor. TV had no working channels. Security Doors were propped open with going outside. Breakfast was cold. Just not a good experience this visit.

Negatives: Rooms/bathrooms were not clean enough. Housekeeping also disturbed us several times, which was frustrating. You would think if they were in such a hurry to clean up, theyd do a better job.

Positives: Location was great! Halloween decorations were so cute! Woman at the front desk with Blue hair was very sweet! Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Loved having a mini frig and microwave!

Negatives: Didn't like the shampoo, conditioner & lotion in the rooms. Also the property next door that is abandoned is a bit scary. There was a constant noise with the frig in our room that was annoying as well.
