Good location, within 10 miles from downtown. Staff was great and very helpful.
Negatives:
Breakfast is not included, elevator floors are dirty and weren't cleaned after a full day of rain. There were lots of trash around sidewalks and at adjacent hotels where homeless people spend their nights (common occurrences in Austin).

Nice rooms, very clean, staff very nice and helpful, my daughter and I had a comfortable restful night. Quiet neighborhood. All in all, i would stay here again. Breakfast was not included, but they did serve downstairs at a great price.
