Everyone on staff was wonderful, and went beyond their position to make us feel welcome.
Negatives:
The reality is that your location is next to a loud bar. I appreciate that you provide ear plugs, and I will accept the tradeoff of being close to downtown in exchange for loud noises from the bar and from the garbage trucks. But I expect that I am the minority, and I wish I had known of these before I had booked.
I was happy with my stay. But you should understand why I will never book here again. You did everything right, but the noise beat you.

I like the location and how walkable the area was. I liked the staff, who were all very friendly and professional.

Housekeeping was spotty. I stayed for two weeks, with the July 4th in between. I was so suspicious of the towels and cleaning during the first week that I brought my own towels the second week and only elected to have housekeeping come in once. It wasn’t that they were terrible. But they would leave things they shouldn’t, forget to replace things they should (like the little mat for getting out the shower), and on at least one occasion I used a towel that had been washed and saw right after using, that someone else’s hair was on it! That’s what gave me the ick. I do realize that it happens, but I was put off by it.

I did not like the motion activated AC. I was in my room most of the time and the ac would move on its own and the room would get hot. I was told at check out that the ac is motion detected. Must not have worked correctly
