Between Tuesday, Oct 8th, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Oct 9th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Oct 9th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 9, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: There is trash all along driveway leading up to Hotel. The lobby was nice and clean. The desk clerk was not at all friendly. Finally, I stayed locked in my room because of unsavory “customers” standing in the hallway. Not sure what kind of “business” they were in to.
