V-friendly but efficient staff. Almost unbelievable breakfast and late afternoon snacks.

The hotel is very clean. The kickback and breakfast foods were delicious. The staff was very welcoming, warm and hospitable. I asked for a late check due to a physical issue abt it was granted without any problems. I really like the Drury family.

Lobby was nice and evening snack buffet and breakfast buffet. Rooms are clean. The sheets weren't really clean feeling so I used my own. I travel allot and it just feels better sometimes. Overall room was very nice.

Restricted parking access because you can't just drive into the parking lot. Must check on first, then get access but I guess that's good being downtown.

Staff was great! Original room had a nasty odor in it, so they upgraded us to suites - for all 3 of our rooms! Everyone was very kind and went overboard on customer service.

Breakfast and kick back dinner were amazing. We saved alot of money by eating different foods every evening.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable
Negatives:
The beds sunk about a foot and a half when you laid in them. They do not have water bottles in the rooms and make you pay $2.25 for a bottle at the front desk. Room was not very big.
