The room I was in had stains on the chair and couch. They have me another room which has bed bugs inside the pull out bed. I went to the front desk and told them about it he said he couldn’t give me a discount because I was getting it a cheaper price. He offered to give me 5000 points I just was disappointed with the staff he wasn’t apologetic at all!!!
