Staff was slow and lazy. Ask for clean towels twice and was told they would be sent to my room.. never came. Requested room service cleaning. That never happened. Breakfast was sloppy, cold, and no chef to make eggs to order. Was told chef called in. Had to wait 45-60 mins in line for my complimentary drink and social hour is only 1 hr 1/2. So only count getting 2 drinks within that time span if your lucky. Poor service

The room was very roomy. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the walk in shower. I didn't like the puddle of water it left on the whole bathroom floor.
Negatives:
The pillows were way too soft. When we took showers the whole bathroom floor got soaked. It needs a shower door so that doesn't happen. A curtain did not work.
