Now, everyone pays for parking in parking lot!!?? ..no valet, just to park.. why? 17.00, this too and of course not having room service which is already a standard.
Our refrigerator was dirty, previous guest spill a coke or something and that mess was still there and had not been not cleaned after their stay.
We stayed in a Suite, so two TVs..one Remote was actually broken, buttons were getting stuck, hard to manage. We pressed a button and sleep mode came on. Frustrating when you have diversity for a reason.
Had to call maintenance at 11 pm.. heater didn't work, Room temp was 68. If it was hot outside, this would be ok but with 30 degree weather, it was pretty chilly in room. Maintenance came to fix pretty fast when we called but neglected to remove particle messes left from fix. It was in tub, bathroom floor and sink. It really needed a vacuum up, but at 5:30 am.. not going to wake family up, so I had to try to clean up as much as possible. It took about 1 - 1.5 hours before water circulation started making a difference in room temp.
I reported these issues to service desk.. they said they appreciated the notice. " thank you so much for letting us know, we will definitely fix this so that other guest won't have this experience " ha! Yeah, but this paying guest expected more for this stay.

The room was spacious and I loved the apartment feel. The atrium in the middle was so cool! A white noise machine in the room would have been appreciated.

Parking garage wasn’t attached to the building, elevator was out of service, charged $55 a night which wasn’t in the booking price list, water didn’t work in my room, holes in bathroom, stained sheets, rude front desk
