The hotel was good. A little outdated but clean.

took pictures of bugs climbing the drapes and it was disgusting and drapes were very dirty . More like bed bugs. I had my 3 grandchildren , my special Down syndrome daughter and husband with me. We were a bit anxious because we were itching at night.

The staff was excellent and provided great information. Although the building is older the remodeling job is very good. The biggest drawback is how small the bathroom was with barely enough room to turn around in. The location was good for us.

The pool/jacuzzi areas was frigid, not heated, hot tub broken The fridge was a freezer no matter what you set it at Lack of trashcans

First room smelled like mold and faucet handles were on the cabinet. They decided to move us when I asked for a map to the nearest ER if my wife had an Asthma atttack. Two out of four elevators never worked. Ice machines did not work on our floor.

Everything was excellent. Very clean and staff very nice and accommodating.

Yes.There was one elevator that was out of order and the other one wouldn't stay open when you held down the open button. There were so many people checking out, it was crazy.Cramming many people 8n the elevator.
