Mold in living areas and bathroom. Toilet did not flush (had to actually fill the water tank myself). Musty smell throughout hotel. Visible signs of wear on ceilings and walls (pieces of the hotel actually hanging or falling off the building).

Terrible room. Did not get the room that we booked. There was a terrible sound coming from the ceiling air conditioning right outside the door. The location of the room was like in the corner and you felt like you were in a corner. The parking was BAD!

The television in my room was not working. Contacted front desk and was told that they would check to see if facilities was still available ad would follow back up. I never received a follow up. when you are traveling for business and getting into a city late, having the television to wind down and to follow the news is important especially if you have a large TV that's just sitting in the middle of the wall. typically as a HHonors member I will recieve a code to connect to the wifi so i do not have to register.. that did not happen, which was a bit fustrating when your trying to get connected for meetings. now I have another HH number.

Positives:
Best complimentary breakfast. Well worth a few extra dollars. Beds were VERY comfortable as well. Location was a 3 minute walk to the famous "Bat Bridge" and another 15 minute walk to 6th street.
Positives:
Happy hour, breakfast and location are a plus. Clean lobby and spacious elevators.
Negatives:
Our room was dated, towels didnt even match and smelled musty like old, wet dog. Room smelled like mildew. There were no extra pillows or bedding for pull out couch. Found last tenants belongings in cushions of couch which means it wasnt checked or cleaned. Nasty stain on one couch coushion.

Most. Old. Dirty. Ceiling falling down in bathroom shower. Furniture was dirty. Stains everywhere. Gross.

The suit we stayed in was more spacious than expected. The complimentary beverage and snack time was astounding. The breakfast blew my mind.

I didnt like that the park was off site. I saw elderly people struggling to get from the garage to the hotel itself.

Location was great. Breakfast and evening reception was great. The room and downtown view also great.
Negatives:
Mostly clean with a little room for improvement. Charged parking fee of $40 + tax PER DAY !!! Have to park on 3rd or 4th floor and some of parking garage elevators out of service.

They gave us a park pass which we had to go park and didnt Mention the $40 fee per night not cool. When I asked she said yeah you should have read the pass that given to you.
