The overall factors that I loved about the property (my particular room) was it had 100%, all of the necessities, including a comfortable bed, tv, walk in shower (clean), clean restroom, stove, full refrigerator, microwave, window, and hardwood floor. This was literally one of the best properties that I have ever stayed in.

One of my top, most convenient stays that I have ever booked.
Positives:
The location was good and staff was nice. The room was clean.

Its noisy - anytime someone walks down the hallway above the footsteps are incredibly loud. Sleep was very difficult.
Dirty sheets fill the hallways all day. The maids leave the dirty sheets outside the rooms all day. They were still there at 7pm.
The kitchen equipment was terrible - cheapest stuff you could have. No knives- couldnt even cut open a package. You have to ask for kitchen stuff too - its not included in the room.
Theres a large homeless encampment across the street. Shopping carts on the property.

It was dirty, we had a cockroach in our room and I saw 2 in the hallway, they dont clean even when you ask, they dont take out the trash, breakfast is a joke we had to go to Starbucks everyday, and the people in the room above us would not stop making noise all night long for 3 days straight. Sounded like they were rolling a suitcase back and forth for 5 hours straight each night and when I reported to the front nothing changed, they still kept going. This was by far the WORST hotel Ive ever stayed at. Please do yourself the favor and stay at the Aloft down the road, or even the Motel 6 honestly. DONT book here. I regret every second of it.

No coffee pot in room. We had to leave at 3:30AM so was not able to get breakfast before leaving. A coffeepot in the room would have been nice.
