Negatives: There was only one towel. No, dishes unless you asked. I didn't know you had to ask until the second day when I asked to get more towels and mentioned there were no dishes. No room service. Under the sink was the wood completely feel through.

Negatives: Our bed was broken and we told staff and they did nothing, also was told and was listed they were pet friendly but when we arrived they said there were no rooms that were pet friendly at all so we had to organize somewhere for our pets to stay.

Positives: That it allowed animals.
Negatives: Staff was never around during the night when I got locked out of my room. Staff was rude and unhelpful or never present at the front desk. 3 times I had to deactivate my key card to the room.
