Positives: The hotel is a great location and the room is updated but has cockroaches!!! I mean a ton of cockroaches!!! As well as the rooms are noisy and have no water pressure in the showers. I left with a full refund. I will say the staff was very nice.

Positives: The price was great. Extended Stays are always what they are. It's always nice to have a fridge and a microwave and a couple of cooktops if you choose to cook and stay in. The location for the event that I was attending was great.
Negatives: I realize it's not a full buffet breakfast but grits for breakfast? The first day there was a oatmeal than on the second day's grits. Also, I went downstairs for coffee at 8:30 in the morning and it was empty.
Review
The night manager when I checked in on December 3rd Michael was great. The first room I checked in I thought everything was good and clean until I pull down the sheets and there were stains on the bed. When I called downstairs he came up right away assessed the situation and got me another room right away. We walk together to check out the new room and everything was okay. The next morning the day manager explain to me that Michael had apprised him of the situation with the room that needed to be cleaned. He was accommodating and apologized. To staff every time I went downstairs was great.
