Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The staff were very friendly, and were really trying hard to make things as best as they could.
Negatives:
The facility from lobby all the way to the third floor where my room was a boooked had a very offsetting smell. Upon entering my room, there was globs of hair all over the shower, the toilet seat was still soiled with someone elses body fluids. The sheets were dirty with Wet body fluids and also a mucus like glob in them.

Breakfast was terrible . You dont call coffee and muffins breakfast?? Water presses terrible .The shower curtain should be longer so the water doesnt go onto floor . General areas and outside need better attention. Homeless people coming into building from side doors and getting free coffee.and muffins Side doors of hotel need 24/7 security access.

I never saw the breakfast, not sure where it was. The front doors are difficult to push. The lobby is dull. The room smelled like smokers lived in it at some point despite many "smoke free rooms" signs. The carpet was dark and I never set my bare feet on it. The cabinets in kitchen and bathroom were dated and showed wear. When I informed staff of my intent to checkout early they were unsure how to process it. Then at checkout, the clerk got a message I "wasn't eligible to checkout". Not sure why but eventually it allowed me to and she said she made an adjustment to the card for the difference. I'm sure I'll have to follow up on that.
