After Monday, Mar 24th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Mar 24, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: I was taking a nap when I woke up and my ENTIRE ROOM WAS FLOODED. RUINING multiple things, including an expensive purse, shoes, clothes, makeup, etc. anything that was on the floor, got DRENCHED in sewer water. I had to lug all my stuff to a completely different FLOOR!!! Doors were missing on cabinets, there was no shampoo or soap, there were roaches, it was just a dirty mess. Never again.
