Between Friday, Sep 20th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, Sep 21st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Sep 21st, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 21, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: This place was disgusting they don’t clean the rooms ever the bathroom had left over eyelashes all over the sink the refrigerator was so nasty I wouldn’t put my worst enemies food in it the sheets were filthy we had to go ask for “clean” bedding and even then they had a smell the entire down stairs and lobby area smell so bad of weed anyone could of gotten a contact high
