Front desk clerk was the worst I’ve ever experienced. At the time I had an urinary tract infection. I asked if there was a restroom near the lobby and she said no very rudely. She took her time checking us in and when she gave me the room key she said “now you can use the restroom”
The motel could use updating. The bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept in. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in the chair in the room.
There was no complimentary water or coffee pot.

The room was good, and the location was good too. It was a good value
Negatives:
I had booked for the wrong night and I requested to see if I could get refunded. I ended up booking a room on Thursday for full price, and requested a refund on Friday that was at a discounted price. Still have not heard a response, and it has made my experience with Extended Stay worse than it could have been.

The worst "breakfast" I've ever seen. They didn't even bother to pretend, just some hot water for coffee, and muffins and some fruit bars? Additionally, the person who was there once I arrived didn't know how this hotel works and told me wrong, so I had some issues with invoice lateron.

It was dingy, kitchen floor was sticky, no appliances or silverware or utensils in kitchen, no coffee maker or hair dryer. Man yelling in room next to us at 5 am in morning for over an hour Just not a pleasant experience

The staff was non attentive, the room smelt horrible, the included breakfast was a joke with plastic muffins, and the shower had little pressure.

No carpet, no hair dryer, no kitchenware, even after we requested we get a coffee pot with used grinds (per description of room) microwave rusted, only 1 stove element worked and other took forever to heat, thin sheets, stove light does not work and lamp does not work.We were told by night clerk that housekeeping comes every 2 weeks. Pointless trying to get any assistance from the nighttime guy clerk he sits in lobby and does not get up to assist wants you to tell him what you need before he will get up.
