Between Monday, Dec 2nd, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: My intellectually disabled friend needed a warm place to ride out an unusual 2-day hard freeze in Austin when his heater went out. This hotel was the perfect choice. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Good location, too.

Negatives: Alot. I ignored the star rating but won't make that mistake again. Not clean, shower barely runs, cookware dirty and broken, cabinets dirty, room was smelly, etc.
