Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Well it advertises breakfast and that was a Big false statement. I ask the girl for breakfast room and she pointed towards a coffee looking table and said “ oh it’s just a grab and go.” If I would have known that I would have booked elsewhere. Plus the items (products) were low cost cheap quality.

The room we were initially given had not been cleaned nor prepped for us. The bed was unmade , dirty towels everywhere. Trash in sink.

Positives:
The room was spacious enough, had a comfortable bed, curtains that kept light out at night for a good night's sleep, and adequate lighting. The bathroom was clean, good lighting, and had more than enough towels for one person for a week. I only used one set. The concierge provided me with enough kitchen equipment for my needs, though there were a few items I forgot, such as paper towels, dish soap and sponge. The HVAC unit functioned perfectly.
Negatives:
The facility is apparently used as housing by a number of construction crews, which is great for them. However, during the week it was apparent that the water heating system was inadequate to handle the load. By the time I got up each morning, there was no hot water in the shower! Aaaagh! Saturdays were fine; but, weekdays, not so much. This particular facility needs to increase its capacity for hot water. Also, there was no extra blanket for the cold nights during Winter in Austin. An extra blanket would have been great.

The price and location were perfect for me to attend a NYE party. I didn't need much and that's what I got. The staff was good and everything worked.
Negatives:
Because this is geared for an extended stay, there is no breakfast provided, though coffee is. It's a bare-bones operation though each room has a mini-kitchen. I can't say I didn't like it but it's also not somewhere I would want to spend a lot of time.

Location is good, close to grocery store. Good to have a kitchen in the room for meals
Negatives:
Room is pictured with dining tables and chairs, we had a table and 1 chair for a booking of 4 people and had to spend the week sitting on the ground to eat. Shower had hair in it and drain clogged which meant water didn't drain when showering and someone else's hairs floating around. TV didn't work.
