Great customer service, great bar and convenience store. The staff in the lobby was very helpful and kind.

Positives:
The staff were very poor. The deputy services manager (Justin) helped with the many issues, but did not return our call. There was never enough staff at check in and the barman didn't know how to make a Dry Martini (not a complicated cocktail). They didn't have the first 3 gins that we picked.
Negatives:
Be very careful. There are extensive building works going on at every side of the hotel, which was not communicated in advance at all. We moved rooms to get away from the worst noise (hammer drills at 7am!) only to be told that the room we were in needed the curtains open and the lights lefty on until midnight for a light display down the hotel. Whoever had the idea of restricting the rooms on the other side of the hotel from the main building site needs firing.
