Positives: Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hot breakfast was fresh and included egg omelets, potatoes, and sausage. There was also other breakfast staples including waffle maker and fresh fruit. The food was kept hot and kept clean.
Negatives: The location is in a busy area and easy access to 35. There were multiple homeless people on the access road in front of the hotel and you do have to pay $5 for parking. Nothing happened to our vehicle during our stay.

Positives: The TV is huge. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great.
Negatives: They should have told me the blinds were remote controlled when Itold them I couldn't close the blinds. The mattress was not very comfortable.

This was last minute decision so didnt expect a lot. Rate was expensive but didnt have much choice.

Positives: Location was acceptable but many homeless people in or near area and roads/intersection
Negatives: Breakfast was decent but with staying 4 nights the two day rotation was a little tiresome. Being a Hilton member I don't think I should be accountable for the $5.00 a night parking fee. Is it really that needed by Hilton? Also being a Hilton member why do we need to schedule housekeeping?

Positives: Pool was good, breakfast was not bad for our two mornings there
Negatives: Be aware. They charged extra money on our check in as deposit USD 100 which is OK . BUT then they would not going to refund that.I tried to contact the hotel few times asking for the refund or explanation but without any response. I have finally got my refund after I open a dispute case with Booking.com. Only with their help I have got my money back.

Negatives: The beds were hard, and the bath tub was stopped up. I informed the front desk and I told him that they could fix it the following day. He said tomorrow let him know and he would send someone. He also told me that he wasnt going to be move rooms.
