The hotel was under going a remodel and was not told about it at the time of booking. The front desk was gone when we checked in and out, when checking in a staff member greeted us and asked for my drivers license and a credit card. When I gave it to her she took them out of my sight I assume to finish check in. the staff member should have never taken those items out of my sight they should have reconfigured front desk area to do check in and check out.

Location was great for the airport and nearby Mexican restaurant. Rooms were fairly comfortable although dated.
Negatives:
Hotel was being refurbished, so lobby and ground floor was a building site. Breakfast was not as good as my last visit and we had to search for somewhere to sit. Staff were often nowhere to be found at the 24 hour front desk.
