Staff was excellent - coming and going. Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was pleasant, tasty, and filling. The hotel was 2.5 miles form where I needed to be in the morning.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast included was very good. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The fitness center was clean and all equipment was operational.
Negatives:
The fitness center was small, with only one treadmill and one of each other option. This was not a problem, because no one else was in there, but could be an issue if more people wished to use it. We paid a higher price than would otherwise be acceptable, because of high demand for the days we were in town. On a normal weekend, the value would have been much better. The hotel is located a bit distant from the center of town and from the airport, which could be a problem.

Close to the I-35, free breakfast and the parking lot is very lit up at night.

Tiny outdoor pool.
Only two ways to get into the parking lot, one way has some serious speed.
