Positives:
Very convenient for an early morning flight, it's a large hotel and very efficient with all the small amenities, such as the shuttle to the airport and returning the car. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were convenient, but this is not the reason you come here. You will see the flight board in the lobby and aircraft staff around you - this is the place to come when you like a location near the airport
Negatives:
Nothing to dislike, the location is less good for wandering around the city, of course (although it's still just 20 20-minute drive away) - as long as you are aware of that. All is fine. You also need to plan ahead for the shuttle timing, as it can be crowded sometimes. It's better to get an earlier one and be on the safe side.

Convenient hotel for catching an...
Positives:
The location and all staff except for the outside bar and waiter.
Negatives:
The bartender was dry and gave off the vibe that he wasn't having a good day. The waiter was extremely rude when my husband mentioned his nacho was cold. It was extremely cold! He said you do know the gucamole and topics ate cold. Yes, we do know that, but it wasn't justification for the nacho cheese and meat to be that cold

Good location and free shuttle to and from the airport - i was just staying one night between flights
Lovely outdoor pool

I had a meal at the bar in the evening - staff were friendly and service was quick and the burger was delicious - can't say the same for breakfast
Reasonable price for a stay near the airport with free transfer comparable to other airport hotels i have stayed in and pool was a bonus
Negatives:
I'd seen mixed reviews about food and service and having had a positive experience in the evening decided to chance breakfast
I couldn't see a visible buffet but it was on the menu
I went around 9am stood for a while no one came over, a family came and queued as well
There were not many people in the restaurant (less than 10) , i wandered over to starbucks but the fare wasn't great so wandered back and the family were still there
A female server came over and seated them and despite seeing me wandered off
A male server came over, saw me and proceeded to ignore me and sorted out checks instead
In the end I gave up - I guess the staff are well paid by Hilton so don't need the tips, and Hilton is doing well enough it doesn't need me spending money on food there
As with other american hotels I have stayed in there is limited communication between front desk and room cleaners so on day of checkout I was disturbed from 8am despite not checking out til 12 - remember to use do not disturb sign on day of check out if not leaving early

Room service was was unavailable from 6:00 a.m. until we had to leave at 8:15 am, the machine in the parking area didn't work so we were trapped, The sheets and towels had stains on them ALL!

Clean, good food and the room was clean and we had hot water! We left another hotel a day early because the water was less than lukewarm warm

Good location, interested history of the building and access to good food!
