The night I checked into my hotel room I try to turn on the tv in my room only to realize it was completely broken. Shortly after checking out I realized I’ve been overcharged over $400. After calling the hotel back multiple times I was finally able to talk to someone who was able to tell me the reason for the overcharge… only to find out they charged me for the broken tv that was already in my room.
