We found a roach in our room and it made the rest of the stay questioning if we would see another roach or if they were in our sheets

Friendly helpful staff.
Negatives:
Hair from previous guests in the shower. GIANT roach in my room. Toxic non-stick skillet. Toxic black plastic spatula. Cooking dishes were not clean so I had to ask for clean ones at the front desk. Front desk could not provide a receipt for my stay because I used a third party booking service. The pulled pork for breakfast was horrible. The lunch meat breakfast ham or whatever it was was not good.

The breakfast was good and the assistant manager was awesome because upon arrival the room I got had bed bugs and all happened was house keeper came in and changed the sheets. I refused to sleep in that room so they gave me another room

Very large rooms, nice kitchen and lvg area. Great bathroom too. Large comfy king bed and very clean. Wonderful breakfast! Area was quiet, safe, lots of nearby restaurants within a short drive.
Negatives:
Showing some wear and tear. Wish they had week night managers reception like some some other locations, front desk guy said only on Weds due to limited staff. Also we stayed 3 nights but my room was never serviced but then again I didnt really need anything. I didnt see any bar, restaurant of mini mart within near by walking distance.

It’s close to downtown Austin, safe neighborhood, nice and big bedroom with appliances and a nice parking lot space.

I liked the space and convenience of everything. It was close to the location I needed to be for work. It had the items in the room I was looking for.
Negatives:
Roaches were crawling in the living area on my last day. The TV constantly skipped and stalled during watching programs. Light in the kitchen had to remain off due to flickering.
