I enjoyed how clean everything looked. There was a sleep noise machine, which i have never used before, and it was very calming. it was somewhat a nice touch, but i rather have a bluetooth speaker/clock for the option of music.
Negatives:
The elevators were having trouble, the tv remote in my room was not working. tv was an older model, and having trouble of switching through channels. a newer tv would give guest access to their streaming services. the bathroom ring light mirror could've been brighter. i did not feel it was bright enough while getting ready.

From the moment we walked through the doors of Hotel Indigo Austin, the service was nothing short of exceptional—and it’s all thanks to Andrew, Jonathan, and Marcella.
Andrew and Jonathan at the front desk made check-in feel more like a VIP welcome. They were warm, efficient, and genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. They took the time to answer questions, offer great local tips, and somehow made the lobby feel like home. You don’t always remember who checked you in—but with Andrew and Jonathan, you absolutely do. They’re that good.
Marcella behind the bar was the soul of the evening. Her energy, attentiveness, and creative cocktails turned a quick drink into a whole experience. She remembered our names, made personalized drink suggestions, and was just a joy to talk with. You could tell she loves what she does—and it shows in every interaction.

Lovely location and staff. Room was clean and A/C was phenomenal for the hot days.
