Why was Cujo able to stay in the room next to us???
I was looking for a place for me and my wife to get away for a bit of peace and try relax for our anniversary.
It was very hard.
From the moment we checked in the hotel around 4:30 PM we could hear a very large dog, barking and barking and barking right on the wall by our bed. I was trying to close my eyes from the drive to Austin. And I couldn’t even rest with all the barking. I do not get a lot of time off so I was really looking forward to enjoying this time with my wife and I really didn’t expect that from Hyatt.
Even the next morning we continued to hear the large dog bark. I mentioned it to the staff twice, and even as a dog, and whoever brought the dog checked out, the dog was ripping and roaring at everyone down the hallway.
Overall i was just really super disappointed with the experience at this hotel, and not sure if I even will stay with Hyatt again!!!

The people were very friendly. It was very clean & quiet. It was a short distance to the wedding we were to attend. Good breakfast. The room was very roomy and accommodated four of us easy. Check-in time was at 3 PM, but our wedding destination was at 5 PM and with four women, It would’ve been hard to get ready after traveling for five hours.. but we arrived around 1:30 PM and they went ahead and let us into our room early. Thank goodness. No problem.
Negatives:
Told to get our own extra linens that we needed & extra pillows. There was four of us in one room. No room service. The couch bed was horrible. Probably OK for children to sleep on, but not an adult. The blankets were in bad shape,had holes in them & were not soft. I suggest bringing your own blanket. Also, no bell boys you had to bring your own luggage to the room. So if you are disabled, you might want to think about somewhere else to stay.

It was a good trip and it accommodated us very well on a very important nieces wedding.
