Positives: The room that we had (we had to upgrade it when we got there) had a great view of the river. I like that its not exactly on a main road so its easy to get in and out of.
Negatives: Housekeeping entered the room without our permission when we were in there and was very rude. It was not a surprise that they were so rude when the front desk staff was even worse. Some of the worst service I have had in a hotel in my life.

Negatives: Quite a roundabout walk when coming over the Congress Bridge. Got a tad lost in the dark, and it is DARK.

Positives: Great location and comfortable bed
Negatives: This is not a 4.5 star hotel! Maybe 4 star. The shower didnÂ't drain well so I was standing in 5Â' of water. The chair in the room was extremely worn and gross. The bathroom walls were dirty. Nothing was open for dining during the evening.

Positives: Great location and very clean rooms with beautiful views.
Negatives: This is not a 4.5 star hotel as advertised. Pulling up to valet at a 4.5 star you should not get out of vehicle while they watch you, have to request a bell cart and then be watched by the staff loading and dragging cart to room without assistance.

Negatives: This hotel did not meet my expectations for 4.5 stars. The bathtub would not drain so water would pool around my feet while showering, the furniture was ratty and old, and the carpet looked very stained.

Negatives: Molld in the grout in shower. Chair in the room was very worn out, material was cracking, and there was a 1 1/2 inch hole In the material on the seat portion, looked 50 yrs. old. Parking structure is detached. Long walk to hotel outside. Parking $40 too.
