The room was tidy, and spacious. The morning staff was cheerful and there was a shuttle at 5am to the airport. The shuttle driver was friendly and very polite.
Negatives:
Towels didn't seem clean. Door was difficult to open, but the room key worked fine, just a very heavy door. There was a shower, but I wasn't told that there wouldn't be a bathtub. I decided to forgo my bath because of that.

We messaged them we would be late arrivals. Door locked. Took 30 minutes to let us in. There was no shuttle from the airport as advertised. Facilities were not clean, not comfortable.
