Roaches on floor. Shower would not turn on & was rusted on tile. Fire alarm went off at 1:30 & fire department showed up to turn it off. Lost an hour of sleep.

Bed comfy, room clean, night and day staff so great. Breakfast was great... love having that included.
Negatives:
Vey disappointed there was no airport shuttle when it was advertised. However, glad that the city bus stop was pretty close.
